Phased campus plans in North Florida: what to know

Most churches grow in steps: a multipurpose building first, a dedicated sanctuary later, then classrooms or a gym. A phased plan places every future building on the property at the start, so the first one does not land where the second should go. With steel, an endwall can be framed to come off, letting a later phase lengthen the building on the same frame spacing. The plan also reserves ground for the parking, stormwater and utility runs a larger campus will need.
