How North Florida Church Buildings works
What this is
North Florida Church Buildings is an independent matching service. It is not a builder and holds no contractor's license. A request sent from this site goes to a single partner steel building contractor in North Florida, who reaches out to your church, prices the project and builds it under that company's own contract and license. The contractor may pay this site a fee if your request turns into a job. Requesting a quote costs nothing and does not obligate your congregation in any way.
How it works
- 01
Share what the congregation needs
Tell us how many people the main room should seat, what else the building has to hold, and where the property is. A rough sketch or a committee's wish list is plenty to start.
- 02
A steel building contractor follows up
They talk through the program and the property with you or your building committee, then price the frame and the share of the construction you want them to carry.
- 03
Your church makes the call
Take the proposal to your board or members and weigh it against any other bids. No steel is ordered until the church signs a contract with the builder.
Tell us what you need.
Share attendance plans, a room list and the activities the building will host.
